I am leaving my blogger.com days behind to start writing here, in weebly. I am trying to consolidate everything in one. It only makes sense since this is my website. I am excited about this new space. A blank canvas, a new beginning to share my feelings and experiences with you, my beautiful followers.
It has been a couple of rough weeks here in NJ. The high temperatures for this time of the year and the change in time it is making us all very confused , we don't know what to wear because winter is not over but spring is not really here yet. No wonder why many of us are getting sick and staring to show allergy symptoms. In spite of that, in this in between season time, I try to stay positive to focus on the good things. Saturday, I was able to enjoy a bike ride with my Belen. Yes, this week I am thankful for bike rides, something so simple for many but for us folks living on the East Coast a true luxury in the month of March. This is something I started doing with my oldest a couple of years ago. Just her and I going around the neighborhood, up and down the hills and yelling wiiiiiiiiii each time we go down. It is awesome to feel the speed and fresh air on your face. I treasure these moments with my little ones because it is a little scary to see how fast they are growing and like every mommy I worry that one day soon my Belen will wake up as a teenager not wanting to do anything with us. I am Not looking forward to that.
Wishing you many moments to treasure in your heart because they are like savings for the future. I leave you with some super cute Cherry Blossoms brunches I found at Trader's Joes ( I love that place) a little preview of the Cherry Blossom Festival that takes place in DC in the Spring. We will try to make this time. It'll be our second attempt.

Sera nuestro segundo intento.
